We are PRESENCE DRIVEN

Holy Spirit is God Himself living in us. He transforms us, guides us, and empowers us to supernaturally impact our surroundings. Holy Spirit still speaks today. We follow wherever and whenever He leads. We are Spirit-led and unashamed.
We are PEOPLE OF THE WORD

The foundation of our faith is the Holy Bible. We hold fast to the inerrant and timeless Word of God. We believe the Holy Scriptures are to be read individually, read and discussed corporately, and walked out as a community.
We are a HOUSE OF PRAYER

Jesus said that His house would be called a house of prayer. We assemble 7 days a week to seek the heart of the Father and partner with Him in faith, inquiry, intercession, supplication, petition, lament, and thanksgiving.
We AWAIT THE RETURN OF CHRIST

Jesus went to prepare a place for us so that we could be with Him forever. He promised to return for His bride and it is our HONOR to prepare and wait expectantly for Him. Our greatest desire is to be found ready when our Beloved returns.
We STAND WITH ISRAEL

We love what the Lord loves. The Lord loves Israel, and we love Israel. We take seriously the Lord’s promise to bless those who bless Israel, and curse those who curse Israel.

We were created to delight the Father. As we learn of and embrace His ways, our lives become instruments of His praise. We are committed to hosting His presence wherever we go.
HEALTH | Trickle Down

We’re healthy when our thoughts, feelings, and desires reflect God’s. When we care for ourselves spiritually, physically, and emotionally we can influence our communities for the better. Health spreads from the top down and from the inside out.
HONOR | Through His Eyes

Relationships are protected when we ascribe heaven’s value to the people around us. Like Jesus, we choose to interact with others, not as they deserve, but according to their God given value.
FELLOWSHIP | Assembly Required

We are united by our pursuit of the Lord. We come together to discover His heart and partner with His will. Breaking bread is optional, but strongly encouraged.
EMPOWERMENT | Model & Invite

Humility is the key that unlocks empowerment at East Gate. When we choose to be correctable and teachable, we are empowered to fulfill every good and perfect work.

We recognize that every resource we’ve been given comes from our generous Father. We choose to be just like Dad, and give as He leads.

Jesus forgave so we forgive. The moment we stop forgiving, we stop reflecting the heart of the Father. Refusing to forgive is spiritual death for you and the people you lead.
SABBATH

If the Lord doesn’t build it, we labor in vain, that means we work when He works, and rest when He rests. We sabbath weekly, not out of necessity, but out of honor and obedience.
COMMUNICATION

We “real talk” because we desire real relationships built on trust. We have 100% of our conversations, choosing to be authentic, honest, and open with one another. Awkward today, stronger tomorrow.
